CC :: Warwickshire v Durham

So, one day to go, I’m amazed we’ve managed to reach Day 4, but there we have it.

Warwickshire are in effect 46-1 and looking around the league - with Sussex winning and Kent favourites to do likewise - I think we might get some sort of deal tomorrow.

Colly is usually the type to try and set something up, I just hope the fact their need is greater than ours means we can negotiate something that suits us more than it suits them.

Warwickshire 174/7 - 192 lead

Could be interesting

198/9 - 216 ahead. around 42 overs left i believe!

Patel with 6 wickets

199 all out, 218 required from around 40 overs

7 wickets for Patel, the last very strange.

Batsman went to play on the leg side, off Smiths helmet at short leg, straight back to Patel :lol:

We clearly aren't going for the win. Bit of a shame considering we've nowt to play for.

Back in the old days Wayne Larkins would have had a go!

What are the best figures for a Durham spinner?

Blackwell 7-52 v Australia A in 2012.

In the Championship Patel has beaten Blackwell's 7-85 v Lancs in 2009.

Others are Pringle 7-107 in 2016 and Phil Berry 7-113 in 1992.
