Having now seen the rules I have to withdraw that comment. But I still feel this stinks. The inclusion of Potts as a nominated player was not properly made public as far as I can see. There’s nothing in the pre match information from either club, just the bare team sheets. We would have felt aggrieved if it was done to us.
 
Fantastic mornings work that, a lead of 95, now a good chance to go hard and set a target for Leicestershire.

61 overs left in the day according to my maths, bat for 50 of them at 5 an over and we’ll get a lead of about 340 - personally I’d want more but a declaration today is what this team are all about nowadays :lol:

Does banging the ball halfway down for a few deliveries not push the batter further towards his stumps thus bringing in more of a chance of bowled and LBW?

Us losing Potts for the first two days wasn’t our fault, nor is them not getting Ahmed back. I sympathise with them, because I think it’s f*cking ridiculous, but none of any of it is our fault.

I completely see that point as well mate, I really do.

I just think the side you name should be the side you play with. But like I say, I completely see and understand the other side of the argument.
