Delayed onset of concussion is very common, as is a concussion without obvious physical symptoms.
The main part you need from that document though is that a concussion test should take place prior to the start of each days play following the blow in any game that lasts more than one day.
The way that appears is that they carried out the tests at the ground this morning.

Only managed to watch the final hour of todays play on the stream. I thought YJB was looking a big lad in the flesh yesterday but on that stream today he looks like he could do with the next size up in his whites.

I'm just not convinced. If I've been whacked on the head I'd not be driving less than 24 hours later. (If it's true he was driving). Just all seems too convenient along with their substitutions today which is a ridiculously abused system/rule

Well I left at 5.40pm and have just about thawed out now. .Looking at the unfavourable conditions I knew it would be a struggle for Durham today and said to one of the gang that we'd do well to get within 50 of their total so was pleased with our last wicket stand.
We need an early breakthrough tomorrow or it'll be curtains for any chance of another victory. Let's just hope for it being a bit warmer.

Have you ever suffered a concussion?
I follow a lot of American sport and it’s a big thing over there in the NFL and the NHL (and with the IIHF to be fair following our happiness last week
), just as it is in rugby and football and now cricket too, as it should be - I know how serious concussions can be not just in the short term but also long term and because of all of that I’m less inclined to believe that there’s foul play involved here. I know most sports use independent doctors for determining concussion, I’m not sure how it works in domestic cricket (without reading the full guidance document again) but even if it’s down solely to the clubs own medical expert I’d be surprised if they’d be willing to have that sort of stain on their career if it were ever to come out.
