What’s the conditions like at the ground? Looking at the rain radar this should clear up by midday and be fine for a few hours.

Drizzle/Cloudy as I type. Early lunch 12.30-1.10pm.
According to the rain radar it should be clear between 12:30 and 15:00 but annoyingly, it suggested earlier we should get a start on time but the real picture didn't reflect the one on screen. I think weather forecasters are basically just like ECB umpires - they just guess.
Wouldn't surprise me if the day ended up being completely washed out. Given the state of the game, that may not be a bad thing anyway.
