CC : Durham v Worcestershire

Stand by this statement. Also, when a wicket fell in the final over before lunch, why didn’t they walk off then?

The weather forecast isn’t anywhere near as bad as a few have made out. We might lose a session tomorrow and maybe an hour on Day 4 but that’s it.

Should’ve produced a flat deck and gone hard at their reserves.

Moved off the pitch an awful lot too.

Really every county should be attempting to produce a good cricket wicket but we know that doesnt happen.

How do you mean
Robinson was dismissed in the last over before lunch then Clark came out to face 3 balls they then went off for lunch at exactly 1pm. One can only assume Worcestershire didn't plan for that to be the last over as I did notice Stokes have a long chat with Clark between balls to delay things

Yep I’m with you
I agree and I think Campbell does too (from his interviews), he did complain about some pitches this season and the use of the Kukkaburra. He said all you need in a pitch is a bit of 'carry', something to keep the bowlers interested. I also think he and North went to see Vic about the pitches being prepared. - So,maybe Vic tried to produce a good pitch but over cooked it somehow.

I agree with what people have been saying about this pitch. It's doing too much and spoiling the game.

We've got on paper a brilliant group of pace bowlers, so I'd imagine 200 should be competitive and not leave us far away. Obviously hope we aren't bowling soon but never know what a pitch is really like till both teams have batted (or so they say)
