CC :: Durham v Worcestershire

Nine of us in the south east upper tier .... oh hang on ten, eleven if we can count his dog
Jones to 20, altough the game is dead Im sure he would see this as an excellent opportunity to bang in a score, lets face it, there will rarely be less pressure on a knock than this.

Where's the sunshine gone ☹️
Went in when Jamie left. Mind you it's still better than Sunday I suppose.

About time we got an update on injuries @GordonMuchallNo1Fan . Of course the website won't load to give you the info.

But someone managed to get sceenshots

Yeah good to see the club tell people information for a change, they need to do it more often. None of it news to me but many will appreciate the updates.

Maybe they can announce a members forum now?

The website sadly is absolutely shite :lol:

A bit of a random comment, but £50 for a DCCC hoody. Ouch.

Aye, said the same to @The Red Telephone yesterday. Fancy new shop... Fancy new prices!
In other news, we actually have an injury update!!

It also confirms that Jack Campbell has left the club

It's quite amazing to get medical updates on all that players at the same time.... Do you think the club don't bother getting them seem to by doctors until we can get a bulk buy discount and get them all checked at the same time?

It looks like Durham have taken an average of 13 wickets per match excluding run outs this season. Remarkable when we've only lost 2 games.

Is that really remarkable? We've drawn alot of matches because we couldn't take 20 wickets

Well another game over & done with, another game Durham haven't won. We've won 1 game in 8 which is absolutely piss poor, and not even on 100 points yet, again piss poor.

The club just seem to be in zombie mode at the moment, is anyone at the club remotely bothered how shit we are?

Done some number crunching and since this "Lead Performance Head Coach" or whatever his stupid title is, arrived;

5 WINS IN 14 T20 - 2021 - Didn't qualify
4 WINS IN 10 T20 - 2020 - Didn't qualify
5 WINS IN 14 T20 - 2019 - Didn't qualify
3 WINS IN 8 T20 - 2022 - Will we qualify?

46 T20 GAMES, 19 WINS

5 WINS IN 14 CC - 2019
0 WINS IN 5 CC - 2020 - Bob Willis Trophy. Bottom of table
3 WINS IN 10 - 2021 - Bob Willis Trophy - Didn't qualify
1 WIN IN 3 - 2021 - Bob Willis Group
1 WIN IN 8 CC - 2022

40 GAMES CC GAMES, 10 WINS

4 WINS IN 8 - RLODC - 2019 - Didn't qualify
2020 - Didn't go ahead
2021 - Finalists, with the Head Lead coach nowhere to be seen until the game we lost.

I don't really see any progress, and it's about time something changed. What is Marcus North doing?

The wickets at the ground are absolutely shite, beyond unacceptable.

Obviously the quality of the balls is an issue external to the club but that needs hammering home as again it's all just very tin pot.

Still remember to buy your £50 hoodies and Diana Ross tickets and everything will be fine.

On the plus side they were forced into playing Bushnell which is long overdue.

Desperately looking forward to the One Day Cup in hope of salvaging what so far has been a desperately poor season.

Back at it on Friday/Sunday.
