Need to get a 150 lead to have any sort of chance, pitch looks to be getting worse. As i type, Steel is gone :mad:

133 all out. Absolutely nobody will convince me otherwise with what I've said for most of the season. What ive witnessed today has been absolutely pitiful/spineless/embarrassing.
 
Richardson, Collingwood and Poynter the only 3 to get into double figures both innings. Steele's 50 the only score above 30. Simply not good enough no matter the conditions tbh.
 
It's over, along with any hope of a late push for promotion.

My hope is Colly replaces Lewis, with the possibility of playing T20s. Don't think he's been good enough in the championship this season batting wise.

Speak to folk round the ground and they say the same thing. Others saying "what does he do". It's inexcusable this dont care what anyone says. Today has hammered it home, big changes are needed. Imperative some younger lads are given game time. 26-1. My opinion hasn't changed for a very long time and today just makes me feel even stronger about it

Absolute rubbish from Durham
The fake excuse was the wicket yesterday
We made a total of 4 more runs in the second innings so there can be no excuses other than very poor and inept batting
We have been made to look pathetic by an average Northants side
We need new blood and ideas immediately because God knows what Warks and Sussex will do against that poor team

Totally agree. No excuses for this from me.
 
Surprise surprise another sub standard wicket for championship cricket at the Riverside. They would be better off playing at Brandon or South North. Game over in 5 sessions that is not just down to sub standard players or coaches.
