CC : Durham v Lancashire

A contender for worst umpiring decision of the season against Durham - mind you there will be more runners than the Grand National in that category.

Thing is, as bad as the umpiring has been all season, that just looked out 🤷‍♂️

I know Gordon has his theory about them just guessing, but again, when it looks as ‘out’ as that one, nobody would have any qualms if it was given and then actually, on closer inspection later it was outside the line or whatever 🤷‍♂️. In that scenario, the easiest guess is to raise the finger.
They've selected him over Hogg

Only though I had was maybe they want to manage Hogg’s workload, having played the previous two.

What over was this big lbw shout? Just so I can watch it back, thanks.

Gerrin!!

Iyer c Robinson b Potts 7.

49-3.

Bowling point for us AND, it also means we cannot be overtaken by Lancashire this week

It was the ball after the second wicket
Yes that looks out but it's not exactly shocker of the season. Height could be called into it and Raines release point is wider than the return crease, so always gives the impression that the ball will be sliding down from around the wicket. Looks out on the replay but it's certainly no gimme.

Iyer’s first (or maybe second) ball.
