CC : Durham v Lancashire

That'll fill up a lovely 2 minutes
had a child free day for one of the friday night t20's this year, said to the Mrs We will have a look round chester for a bit then head to some food somewhere, it took all of about 10 mins, what a shit hole it is now, got to the top of the street Hollathans was shut for some reason so ended up in spoons beer garden until the game started

Availed myself of a bacon sandwich and a coffee in the Sticky Wicket , couldn't get in the members lounge for bloody Lancashire members, not bad value at £7.50, or am I still stuck on Surrey prices from the other night, might have got a dash of milk for that down there.

£7.50 for a bacon sandwich and coffee is ‘not bad value’

I’ve got some magic beans for sale if you’re interested marra ;)
I'd think the opposite. Sun is due out and a couple early boundaries should get the ball nice and wet.

Excellent swinging and seaming conditions this though. Be a brave/stupid captain to win the toss and bat.

It wont be swinging if the ball gets wet. I haven't seen the wicket mind so if it's a bit of a green seamer then you'd have to bowl I suppose.

I would hope the wicket will be as flat as a pancake given the league situation.

***Prospects of play update***

12:50 start time now.

Mind you these people who sit at the top of the steps near the dressing room... I'd love to know what they do with all of these autographs. Constantly in the faces of the players
