A few spots of rain in Washy. But the skies are pretty light and with a strong breeze I think it will blow over quickly.

The YTS lads: Rob's been working with/in place of Marty at times over the past couple of years - he is/was a journalism student, I think. The other lad is a Durham uni student who's just handed in his dissertation on Burmese cricket.
 
Now that it's over all I feel is a sense of relief and puzzlement.

What's gove wrong with our bowlers? And more specifically the bowlers we expect to take wickets, Potts and Raine, haven't.

Then there's Carse. Pretty useless. A demonstration that just being fast is not good enough.

Of them all only Parky has performed ahead of expectations and maybe Coggers too.
