Was wondering about Carse. This his highest first class score ?
Hope he can break the 100His highest FC score a week ago was 77 but he scored 91 in the previous game against Glamorgan.
my thoughts exactlyWhat a good day that was overall. I thought we might declare when we got 400 and have 6 or so overs at them, but I wonder whether the umpires gave a warning about the light?
I'm not a Paul Coughlin fan, but he's really doing well this year. Fair play to him. That was a vital stand with Carse. 100 partnership in 20 overs. Well done boys
Robbo looking like an inspired signing
my thoughts exactly
That knock today from Robinson was a joy to watch in the cold. Arguably one of the best 100s I've seen in red ball cricket, it really was top class. a good partnership with Clark which swung the game back in our favour. Have to be honest I'm impressed with our intent. At the start of the season I didn't have any expectations I have made my views clear on how far backwards we've gone under the last regime, all I wanted to see was positive intent and that's what I'm seeing at the moment from Durham. Remains to be seen how the wicket plays this game and whether we get the declaration game etc but so far we look a happy camp. See how it goes. I'm just about warmed up it was a cold one today. Back tomorrow. The form of Paul Coughin is impressing me also. Also pleased to see Graham Clark scoring runs, that was an important contribution with Robinson
Do you ever critisise anyone for not scoring high runs if you're happy with thirties and fortiesThat knock today from Robinson was a joy to watch in the cold.
