CC : Derbyshire vs Durham

Great recovery from 8-2. Looking like another draw and 450 inside the 110 overs is our target so we get 7 of the 8 bonus points, so still a lot of runs to get.

200 partnership

The one downside of Marty being on strike is that we haven’t had all the related statistics on all the records that are being broken!

This is apparently now our highest third wicket stand against Derbyshire. Previous record was held by Morris and Daley.

What is the most centuries in a FC season by an individual for Durham?

217-2 (43 overs).

Lees 111* (132)
Bedingham 95* (108)

Trail by 226.

Sensational stuff again from Lees. What an amazing character he’s shown since being dropped by England. Think it was @brandon or @Voice of fair play that remarked on how so many have just fallen back into county cricket to make up the numbers after being dropped.

Yet he’s the first to 1000 runs scoring at 75 SRl Was told by Ben and Baz to go away and do exactly what he’s done. Credit to the man.

Jennings 7 in 2016
Colly 6 in 2015
Di Venuto 6 in 2009.

Was just about to say the same.

yorkies 178/2 against Sussex in reply to 216

glamorgan 152/2 but off for rain again at Cheltenham. A win for them would move them into second assuming Leics lose.

So all good news for Durham.

I’m still wary of Glamorgan like, not to take anything away from anyone else but I always felt Sussex lacked the bowling and Leicestershire wouldn’t be able to keep the pace - especially now given the mass exodus that seems to be occurring there. Think Marnus is going back to Glammy after the Ashes too.

Brilliant, knew someone would have the figures

I’m being lazy like, this years yearbook is about a meter away from me

Well as Mooen is the best number 3 in the Ashes I’d not be too worried about Marnus batting ;)
