that bloody Brook Guest scores runs against us again! Does he score runs against anyone else? He might find himself out of a contract after next year when he hasn't got us to rack up his only notable scores of the season against.

clearly there must have been turn because I assume we haven't taken the new ball, given the spinners have stayed on. We might have taken it now. Definitely worth holding it back a bit

Maybe gifts but mixing up the bowling often has this effect.

Only if the umpire had started handing back hats and jumpers and the batsman had marked his crease.
