Carlton Fairweather RIP

Wishing him all the best in what must be a very daunting prospect.
Horrible disease cancer, like most families it has taken a few of my loved ones.
Pancreatic seems to have one of the highest mortality rates as well.
Strength and good luck to you and your family Carlton lad.

He was the head of the football academy at my sons school a few years back. Everyone talked about him in such glowing terms I couldnt wait to meet him, and it turned out he was everything they said. The kids all loved him and he was such a positive force in their lives while he was there. We will be there tonight thinking about him and his family.

Be strong Carlton 💪

I seem to remember he had links with family in Sunderland (Silky?) way back in the 90s iirc
There was certainly a lad called Kenton Fairweather who went to Silky juniors in the late 80s/early 90s. No idea of any link though.

Haway Carlton lad, get it knacked!

Was a lovely touch all the young lads doing a guard of honour. Get well soon Carlton lad, best wishes to you and your family.
