Cardiff Away / Good Friday Fixtures

Going to make a long weekend of this one, drive back the morning of the Blackburn game (fixture changes pending of course).

Will this be moved from Friday to Saturday maybe ? Looking at the fixtures I can't see it happening with us playing Blackburn on the Monday. Want to book a hotel. I'd like to think it'll reach SCH phase n all
Highest away crowd (Leeds) at Cardiff City this season received 3,250 tickets.
Cardiff won't sell-out the home parts of the ground, so would imagine you'll get over 3,000 allocation...

Think we got around 2700/2800 last season. Over 3000 would be even better

Yes it may be moved to the Saturday or Sunday and the Blackburn game would move accordingly.

I’ve booked rooms I can cancel covering all possible dates (Thursday-Sunday).

I was looking at booking the Thurs and Fri and heading back Saturday. Can't imagine Cardiff v Sunderland will appeal to Sky like. Would imagine Bristol City v Leicester, Southampton v Middlesbrough and Watford v Leeds would be the picks.

Definitely going down to this one. Stayed at the Premier Inn on the M4 at Celtic Manor last season then at the ground theres a class 5-a-side football place which was great for parking the car too, they had a good bar and football on the big screen too.

Yes, unfortunately Newport is struggling as a place to visit.
Cardiff is a great city - The Bay area is worth visiting.
Good pubs in the town centre were (haven't been in the town for about 5 years) are :-

The Old Arcade (loads of rugby stuff).
City Arms, with a Tiny Rebel brewery pub opposite.
Rummer Tavern

If down for the weekend , go to the Park behind Cardiff Castle, great for a walk to sober up !

It was to GS last year as I picked up 2 ....

I may have spare pre-booked (pay for on the day) Premier Inn 2 mins from Cardiff Central Station (a new Premier Inn) for the the Friday night only if a mate cannot make it.

PS: Anyone flying down on the Thursday Evening to Bristol?

Aye I got two making a last min decision to go.

How much is that mate for the hotel? Two nights in premier inn zip was £61 like. Was waiting for TV fixtures coming out. It seems highly unlikely they'll pick us mind
