Leicestershire have reviewed the start to their season and have stripped Carberry of the captaincy with immediate effect. He was dropped from the squad for yesterday's game and the club will be making no further comment. The tone of the statement seems to be too cold for him to be ill again, anyone know what's going on?

He didnt seem to be much of an inspiring captain in the four day game at the Riverside earlier this month...seemed to be on the periphery of the action most of the time.
