Canon 6D announced

I'd be suprised if it was tbh, or at least if it continued in to 2013. Surely the mark 3 has superseeded it and the 6D will be about the same price, so it doesn't seem to have much of a place in the market?

this 6D just doesn't seem to have a place IMO. the mk ii is still regarded as a brilliant camera with a few AF issues. The mk iii has all the plus points of the mk ii but got the AF sorted but you pay the extra grand or whatever. This 6D seems to sit in the middle, I just don't "get it" It's priced too close to the mk iii IMO
