Made a big show after the game making the players form a huddle around him. Could have easily had the same discussion in the changing room away from the fans and cameras.
That said, fair play to him for following his dreams and getting to the World Cup, he's done very well for himself and deserves credit. Good luck to the bloke.

Some pretty jealous people on this thread. Some people begrudge a local lad doing well for himself. He didnt have any playing career, yet has managed to be the 1st coach in history to take a women's team & a men's team to a world cup. Phenomenal achievement.
