Calvert-Lewin (discussion on transfer)

He's always been a top half level forward with a horrific injury record. He usually takes a while to get back into it, then starts banging in goals left, right and centre, then gets a medium/long term injury again.

Shame for the lad as we probably know whats coming next.

Does the stats say that like?

This is currently the 3rd best goalscoring season of his career with 7. He’s in great form and probably the peak years for a CF if he can stay fit.

Decent but not spectacular if he gets the service, inevitably though he'll over stretch or clatter into a defender and then be out during a vital phase of the season.

Genuinely, for the wages he apparently commands, the constant risk of injury hovering around him and the fact he thought raiding his nan's wardrobe was haute couture, I'd not have him here. We'll source better or improve what we have.

That aside I'd rather have Leeds in the PL than quite a few of the teams further down the country.
