I thought we left 40-60 runs out there in our innings. It doesn't take a genius to work out the first 90 minures are crucial tomorrow morning looking at the forecast. I fear we need a quick clatter of wickets and leave not much more than 100 to get. My gut reaction is that the weather will save Yorkshire. I'm narked because there was no apparent danger to the players on Saturday evening, our batters were in form, their bowlers were looking tired but we came off because the light reading was the same as when they came off earlier in the game. The time lost on Saturday night may well be critical.

Struggled to keep in touch with this game due to family commitments but with a full day today feel we should win. I saw that Lees and Gay broke the record 2nd wicket partnership. Anyone know who they’ve taken the record from.

So the rain is due at 2. And crucially the new ball is due around 12:30. Could be an interesting last 30 mins as the new ball seems to be taking a lot of wickets this match
