By the end of November Gray had only played in 3 Premier League games. He had played in the league cup and in Europe so he wasn't injured, Frank obviously didn't fancy him.

If you are playing your 4th Premier League game of the season in December you haven't played much! It's less than 1 game a month!
A lot of his stats are laughable. He's played 20 odd games and made 11 tackles and won 9 headers. That's less than one every other game man
Fuck me that might be OK for a striker or goalkeeper but not for a midfielder / defender!

The 19 year old kid playing for Man Utd tonight has played half the minutes of Gray has but has won a lot more in each category than Gray.

If you want a ratio Xhaka has probably played 6 games for every 4 Gray has. If he had half of the figures of Xhaka that would be quite a bit worse. He has a quarter or less!
