I trust Regis to manage the situation and he will know how Isador is feeling and how to man manage him. He may decide to leave him out for the next match or may talk him up to give him more confidence. Regis always seems calm and the players respond to that attitude. On reflection, and given a little while to digest the match, I think we're still in a good place and should rightly look up.

If I'd missed the first one I would never in a million years have had the bottle to take the second. If you think he shouldn't have taken the second one then you wouldn't have had the bottle either.

If the keeper had gone the other way and he'd scored he would have been a hero and a genius for placing it there.

How we can adore them when it works but loath them when it doesn't just shows us up, give your heads a shake. The lad is gutted, he's one of ours and he hasn't betrayed us, he's tried and failed.

Well done the away fans, I wish I was one of you.
Well said. Isidor had the balls to take the second penalty, not shrink away like a wilting violet. The bloke loves it here and wants to win, just what Sunderland wants.

We are coming away from a game at a promotion rival absolutely gutted because we should have won. Hit the post, missed two pens, Mayenda denied by a last ditch tackle. There was only one team good enough to win it.

Missed opportunity but we are one of the two best teams in the league and I think we will be proven as such come the end of the season.
Recently too many missed opportunities, it's been the theme for a few weeks now.

How can you let him take it the second time Régis ffs….

Good effort and we will be thereabouts. Shame it weren’t all 3 today
Maybe he lets what happens on the pitch stay on the pitch.

I say fair play to Isidor for wanting it, got no idea if anybody else did. Personally, Ballard or ONien who the keeper has no read on, but if they’d missed there would be a bigger outcry.

Fair enough. Feel for him though

Pretty much every Sunderland fan would have been delighted with a point at 8pm, missing two pens doesn’t change the fact we achieved that. Obviously disappointing we could have won but it sets us up nicely for the two games next week, especially as Le Fée looks excellent and we look to be adding more quality this month.

Cucky happy clappers who have held this club back 10 years are
Happy as we would have “settled for the point” before KO

Great. Thats all that matters.
Arsehole average idiots can’t see the bigger picture when it comes to football.

The biggest idiots to hold us back as can’t see anything other than positive

People have also seemed to forget that we had a player injured in yet another disappointing game as well.
Well we have cover with Dan Ballard . Thought it was a decent game tbh. We learnt a lot. Le Fee class . Patto and Cirkin back on top form. Our Head Coach is dignified. post match. We are a very good team and in the mix for promotion.
