most players didn't play over 40 games man and if they didnit was just over. McLaughlin and onien (many as sub) played close to 50, the rest didn't. poor excuse when we have a squad the size we do.

Facts don’t back that up though.

We played only 4 more games than Barnsley all season, and only 1 more than Charlton after the Checkatrade final.

We were second, a point clear of third with a game in hand. We choked. Simple as that.
