Makes sense to me, although he did play okay, there was a certain aspect to his game missing in midfield. I’d rather see the lad develop properly, find his best position and that down. We don’t need to rush him into a role he isn’t best suited for. Let the lad develop and we’ve got a class player. No sense in rushing things because he is promising.

Makes no sense to me as Dickman actually says further down that centre mid is probably his position, he then goes on to say that being versatile isn't a bad thing but there's a worry that won't master one role. I think he should just keep the lad in his natural position and make him better there instead of moving him about. He'll probably get sick and leave if it continues.

It’s an opportunity for the second string to prove a point. They do need to put on a good performance
