To be honest, I expected us to be beaten comfortably tonight - albeit not embarrassed. I wouldn’t have been disappointed with that, as this season the focus has to be on getting out of the league.

Still, I’m pleasantly surprised here, especially when I saw the side Burnley have put out with some very good players.

It’s a brilliant problem mind. What we needed last season. Genuine competition for shirts getting the best out of people. He needs to keep the best ones from tonight in then it keeps them all at it.
