Burnley away

Anyone have the 0191 number the other line just disconnects you after waffling on .
Remarkable this like
Good luck mate
Usually when you message to request a duplicate you don’t get a response but the ticket will be there waiting for you.

I’ve always said I reckon you would get in even not being on the dupe list despite what they say tbh. There must be people every week who lose tickets on the way to the match. Surely they don’t just get fobbed off?
I had this issue with a Lincoln away ticket a few years ago. Our tickets failed to arrive and our ticket office said that they would arrange for duplicates to be collected at Lincoln. I asked for email confirmation but was categorically refused it as the lass on the phone said, "It's not our policy to do that."
I asked, "But can you see my point that I don't really want to drive to Lincoln on the promise of 3 tickets and possibly find there's a problem when I get there?"
She said she understood my point but still categorically refused to provide a 2 line email confirmation.
You couldn't make it up! 😱
They’ll be voided
...if the ticket office knows what it's doing 🙄

I thought with the e-ticket you could not sell your on.
A quick look on twitter and I have spotted about 30 up for sale.

Obviously the paper ticket, so how do you buy a digital ticket. Will the ticket not be tracked to someone else's phone?
How many times

Do you think the ticket exists on the device? Hard coded to its hard drive?

Of course it can be forwarded, it’s just some software. How do you think it got from the ticket office to your phone?

It’s like thinking the paper ticket is tattooed to your hand

No it’s not linked to any specific device.

It’s not transferable and technically you aren’t allowed to sell it on, but that’s the same as it’s always been for paper tickets too

How many times what? It's the first time I have asked.
Sorry, if I offended you.
As a 78 yr old I am not as up to your standards in IT.

Is everyone sorted now
My mate has messaged me in a panic, his brother has got tickets, email and everything saying ticket confirmation. They have logged in to his brothers account and can't download the tickets anywhere? I was about to go back through this full thread but any help appreciated, so I don't have to.

Just read the email and it says it will be a paper ticket 3 days before the game?

Click the link under Mobile Ticket (or cut/paste to your browser) on the phone where your wallet is - and it will let you add it.
