Just seems strange as had email notifications on for this thread so I see them instantly and never seen a ticket yet

Maybe I am just too slow but this new system of not showing anything at all if there are no tickets available doesn't really help. If its in your phase it should show even if no tickets are available

Is it showing the fixture under away tickets when you're logged in and showing sold out, or is it just not showing the fixture at all? Pretty sure it wouldn't show during phase 1 for me but once the points dropped to phase 2 I can now see it as sold out. So I'd guess if you can see if as sold out then at least the system recognises you have enough points to buy in the current phase

Nah just shows nothing at all

Its the same for our other two family accounts too

Perhaps it hasn't actually changed to 15+ which is fine but seems some can see with less points that me?

Not too fussed as not expecting to get a Burnley Ticket now but at least would like to make sure it works for Palace and going forward

it varies, sometimes it says no events when you click away matches, and sometimes it shows the burnley match and says sold out

at the moment its saying no events found for me. i'm in phase 1

I checked to see if I could get a kids ticket for my daughter but it wouldn’t let me on her card with 5 points.

If anyone has a spare under 18 ticket going let me know. There’s 9 of us so she could just stand with our lot anyway
