I don’t believe that at all , like all would choose not to find alternative travel methods , branches share buses sometimes

Would you please mind sharing with everyone you heard this from? People may be making journeys to the ticket office or making phone calls to the ticket office on the back of this in the hope of getting tickets.

It also gives branches a bad name if it proves to be untrue

It wasn’t them who said it, it was @SafcAreMyTeam
We did call and go to the TO to be told there hasn’t been any returns.

Yep. Wasted journey, an hour off work and the poor lass at the TO dealing with a number of calls. She sounded sick of her life.

Not really could only have 10 who qualified via phase 1 and couldn't get any in phase 2? Surely if they had 40/50 they would have a full bus?

But the points cull affected everyone so if it wasn’t there the threshold would have been a lot higher for phase 2 and you’d have likely missed it anyway?
