Imagine being in such a state you open a can of that?

I'll give anything a try, even if I think it might not be great. Sticky Toffee Pudding Ale by Wells doesn't sound very nice but I gave it a go and it was decent. The rhubarb and custard cider by Brothers is quite nice, tastes just like the sweets but not something you could sup all day. Just nice as a one off. These cider things aren't my usual drinks but I'll give owt a blast

The taste of tramps' piss in paradise.

Nee paradise about it. Just horrible.

Cidre has become a product of pure advertising. Years ago a bloke filling a pint glass half full of ice would have been laughed out of a pub for watering down their ale.

And with all these new fangled flavours the alcopop analogy is one I totally agree with. West country men would cry at the thought.

Ah knar but he was a pretentious wanker.

nothing wrong with a good old proper cider..made from apples

not filled with flavourings and made in a chemical plant

some ciders contain as little as 35% apple juice
The Belgian/French stuff that comes in wine style bottles is lovely.

We agree on this 100%
Apples = cider
Everything else = fruit based pop
