I have no idea why vat didn't look at the brobbey decision when being fouled by Shaw?

I thought that was the whole point of var. Penalty decision with potential clear and obvious error?
 
he's so strong they can't pull him down , that Luke Shaw foul was a classic example. The refs need to see that he's being forcefully restrained rather than felled.

Becos refs have watched him on MOTD constantly pulling defenders shirts and leaving his foot in. They’re thinking he’s not gonna make a mug out of me.
