still nee idea what I said.

India and Pakistan are miles ahead of us in one day ability wise

:lol::lol:

And obviously India aren't as they couldnt beat us when we bowled and fielded woefully and tried our best to throw it away with the bat.

Andy read the post before attention seeking, I said ''ability''

Ask Collingwood how far ability gets you and then how much of it is mental

It's a bit unfair to suggest that England are only better than Pakistan due to the Pakistani's being a bit mental. Of course it's nothing to do with ability that they haven't beaten us in any sort of series for 6 years now, and even then England were injury hit.

Pakistan have more natural ability, when was the last time England produced Shoaib Akhtar or Mushtaq Ahmed

Fair point, but we'll see who ends up with more test wickets, Swann or Mushtaq and Broad/Finn/Anderson or Shoaib.

They are just 2 players though, for every Mushtaq there's a Kamran Akmal

to be fair they have produced Kaneria, Akmal, Gul, Amair (until he was a fool) and many more

No country in the world produces as many quality bowlers....where do they go wrong though

Kaneria has a test match bowling average of 35, I can't reiterate this further, he is average and the stats against good teams prove it. Gul is a very good ODI bowler but no better than Anderson or Broad at test level, Aamer I'll give you as he is a fantastic talent.

So there's 4 giving that I assume you meant Akhtar and not Akmal, 4 in the last 10 years?. Hardly a fantastic rate at all when you consider Australia had 4 bowlers of better quality in their team at the same time not so long back.

How many Pakistan cricketers are currently in the Top Ten of the World Rankings in any format of the game ?

how many test matches do they play a year considering they have no home tests

Yousuf and Khan are two of the worlds best batsman the fact they got a life ban after their tour to Australia says everything about the world rankings, they are guidance

Nice try.....

There is no such thing as natural talent, it needs to worked at and earned to reach the top of your chosen profession.

The answer is one by the way as you failed to answer the original question, Misbah Ul Haq...and that is the 20/20 rankings which are misleading at best. England have several players in the top 10 of each discipline.

The fact the country Pakistani cricketers play for country that cannot run the game properly, and they are constantly involved in match fixing is not my concern.

Lets just focus on players that do not bring the game into disrepute, or ruin it's integrity....more importantly lets just look at the facts.

England 7(seven) V Pakistan 1(one)

You natural talent argument is a load of crap, based on facts, but you don't pay much attention to those normally.
