@Speedy1976 Is Bradley aware of the situation he's in and its increasingly likely outcome or does he just believe that he's poorly? If he's fully aware then his courage is stunning.

C'mon wee man! Everyone's rooting for you!

What God???

My Old Man used to say to me that if there is a god, then he's got a pretty sick sense of humour.

He knows he's poorly and has to try and beat the 'nasties'.
He doesn't know what a normal life is, this is normal to him as he's been getting treatment since he was 18 months old.
Thankfully he is blissfully unaware of how severe his illness is.

That explains his sunny outlook. Here's hoping for the lad.

I am devastated. I don't think there's any way my conscious mind could surrender to the idea of us losing him like this, I want to believe there is a hope and I want to believe this fight can be still won. This little man is an inspiration to us all and will be in our hearts forever, there's simply no justice in the world to witness his suffering. Let us continue to pray for a miracle.

'The Bradley Lowery Stand'
Exactly what I was thinking.

Gutted to read the bad news. I see my 3 kids running around like idiots this morning and I cant imagine how hard this is for his family. But it does me proud to see our Sunderland community getting behind him.

Keep on fighting Bradley.

My thoughts exactly.

Awful news....hope for some sort of miracle but create as many fantastic memories as possible at the same time

Absolutely devastating news, keep fighting Brad and the Bradley Lowery Stand, brilliant. Loads of love to his Mum and dad, Speedy and the rest of your family. We need the club to do the 5 minute applause with his name on the screen again on Sunday

It's why we get behind him. Imagine being this bairn and thinking this is what life feels like. And then still giving it a go.
