Tin hat firmly on but I'd not be inviting Defoe. Not my decision fortunately, and I do think he'll be there.

Jim Branning aka Michael Martin hasn’t made the cut though, someone should let them know.

Added it to the tracker:

{"matchName": "Charity Game","totalSeatsMadeAvailableForSale": 3481,"sold": 684,"available": 2797,"percentageSold": 19.65}

Up to you if you want a proper thread for it, or just keep it updated here if that's easier.
I reckon here will be better. Trolls will stay clear of this thread (one would hope)
684 in a few hours is a good start.

Should make a ton of money for an excellent cause.

I’ve always said that Sunderland should have had a pre season tournament at the SoL, in the style of the Emirates Cup, competing for the Bradley Lowery Trophy.

Invite 3 different teams each year.

Great idea, but I expect that the gigs might make that difficult-iirc that’s why we usually don’t have pre season friendlies at home?

Could do now, yeah. But at the time, Donald and co were talking about wanting home friendlies and we know how poorly attended they are. This would have sorted both problems whilst also making a load of money for charity.
