Any sports centres in Tyne and Wear where one can hire a bowling lane by the hour? Preferably with bowling machine but not essential.

Google has been less than helpful

O.K Not near your desired areas. Larry's Lanes,Hartlepool ,small bowling alley. 01429 287462 might be of help (or not)
 
The best ones are at South Northumberland Cricket Club and the Durham Council indoor Cricket centre at the Riverside (where Durham CCC play).

The ones at the Riverside, Chester-le-Street, are owned, and run by Durham County Council, not the Cricket club.

Do you happen to have a link/contact i can use to get in touch with? Ideally want a few hours in nets before the search for a new club starts
 
Booked in on Saturday afternoon with a bowling machine.

Anyone know if you have to provide your own balls? Didn't ask and didn't want to turn up with none :lol: I have a handful somewhere like but they're shite slazanger ones
