You only have to look at the mutants up the road to see what the PL can be if getting signings right.
2 years ago they finished around 16th in the league.
They then fluked the PO's (yes fluked as they were absolutely battered in all 3 games...but fair play for even finishing in top 6 and giving themselves a roll of the dice)
Then they showed zero sentiment to most of their players who got them promoted (including some of their very own!).
And now next season they're flying around Europe."

Loads of Sunderland supporters wanted them to win on Saturday. Me for one, purely from a selfish view of an easier away match I can nip there & back to & the home match will be a bit more interesting than Hull at home.Singing “we hate Sunderland” at Trafalgar Square on their big weekend out.
