Glad to see them doing well as I feared for them prior to game one. Feels like it’s the first time they’ve started a season well in a decade… which in any other season would have seen them properly challenge.

I absolutely detest them surprised how well they’re doing actually considering all the upheaval they’ve had close season but they’ll do there usual & fall away bout Christmas time ( please God )

I reckon the upheaval has done us good.
We certainly needed change.
Only 4 games, but the players appear to be willing to help each other and to be playing as a 'team', which should be a given considering they are actually at work (well paid too).
I also like Edwards' enthusiasm and the way he seems to want to include the fans on stuff.
In his interviews and press conferences he seems genuinely excited about what he's doing and answers questions put to him in a seemingly honest and direct way.

We did mate, always started off slowly under Carrick and then caught up rapid (and then fell away). Not sure why people are saying we started off well??

Boro should take a few of our championship stars for that weak as piss league they play in. We've only kept about 4 that are good enough but the rest would do a good job for boro.

David Strelec has signed. This is the one we wanted and definitely needed. It was just weeks ago us fickle fans had already wrote the season off, we have now had a fantastic window with only one thing outstanding - will Hackney stay, i really hope so. The partnership him and Morris have in the middle is going to be huge.

Its worlds apart from last season. As much as we liked Carrick, he was not up to it. Its still way to early to say Edwards is the man but the togetherness we have seen, the silly mistakes disappearing. plays in their correct positions and balance - its worlds apart from last season.
Long, long way to go and lots of ups and downs to come but August has been pretty much perfect.

You've had the exact same start we had to last season, 4 straight wins 1 goal conceded. And I reckon there might not be a Burnley/Leeds among the relegated clubs. Could be an exciting season for you, if we stay up I'd definitely prefer Boro to come up.

Seems a solid addition to us and cover for Hackney and Morris in which we are a little light.
Very early but the three who came down have not looked all that special so far. In time i expect one or two of them to pick up but it does feel very open this year - from top to bottom (Sheff Wed apart).
Will be a rollercoaster as always. Just be a nice change to not have to watch games slip away due to comedy defending.
