never really followed any of this tbh.. (premier league snob now) but the boro lads at work here reckon Danny Rohl is in the frame now..that would be a catch if it happens

In what way? Surely you can’t mean in a positive way? No idea who their next manager is going to be and a squad that is not good enough for top 6. Add to that they will likely sell their best player in Hackney and I can’t see them splashing much money if reports are to be believed. I really don’t see next season being a good one for them. If the manager turns out to be Rob Edward’s, the serial relegation man (likely with him being close to Keiran Scott their director of football) then I see nothing but mid table mediocrity at best. Here’s hoping anyway :cool:

Jobe is overrated and not worth €30m+ but then won't credit the club in the transfer market or say we've pulled a good deal. Just 'spent loads to get promoted'

Cov fans initially argued we'd never get through the play offs against them because our team and squad were shite because we'd only spent £16 million on it.

After we'd beaten Sheffield United someone on their message board looked at Transfermarkt and saw our £16 million outlay was valued at £160 million.

They were the arguing we'd "bought promotion" with our massive £160 million squad.

Absolutely berks.
