Admittedly there's more Boro that post on here compared to Sunderland fans who post on our board but regarding this thread, a Boro fan posted to say congratulations and good luck for next season. Many had digs in return and took the piss, which I totally get, as you've just been promoted and it's been back and forth throughout this thread, Boro and Sunderland posters winding each other up throughout the season. Let's not pretend it's all been one way though.

I have been on because I live down there , and general things are relevant to me.
posts about pubs , hoo haas going on , events etc

And I have never gone on to take the piss or wind up Boro fans.

I may have corrected people a few times at worst. But I haven’t been on rubbing it in about promotion.
I am going into someone else’s house , I treat the Boro board with respect if I go on it.
( as most of the Boro fans who come on here do )

Some highlights…. We’re only famous for being rivals with Newcastle??, I wonder what ‘The Boros’ known for in footballing circles??? Nothing
Berating our area as a whole… A town that has often been voted as worst place to live in whole UK
But finally to berate our support is the icing on the cake, our league one attendances beat their premier league ones
They claim Leeds are big rivals, Leeds fans laugh when you put it to them
They cling to the Safc/Nufc rivalry like they part of it
Tragic club, feel sorry for them

TBF the town centre is top notch loads of great bars etc

Is the surrounding areas

Park end
Whale hill etc

Makes the Gaza Strip look sophisticated

I live in Teesside, and avoid going into Middlesbrough at any cost now. Absolutely awful place these days. It's very edgey when over there for a drink

Yeah I wasn't suggesting that you have to be fair. It was just a response to a Sunderland fan who'd claimed that we don't get any Sunderland fans posting on our board.
