Boro thread

I go to quite a few away games. Huddersfield and Hull definitely have sung it. I can't recall you singing it at Roker Park much?

Hull may have replaced it with your getting mauled by the tigers 👍🏼
Exactly. I know one thing….there are NO Sunderland fans trawling and posting on FMTTM. Why….cos no body is bothered !!

Incorrect. It been known on OneBoro too (where I post) definitely a Sunderland fan off here does

We had a fanzine in the 80s (I think) called Wise Men Say and we definitely sang it at RP

You have Pig Bag. At least ours has words we can sing along with

It's nice to see the Borough fans on here keeping the thread going so the posters on their forum (can't remember its name) can point out how big this thread is

It's a decent song mind. Can see why yourself and Palace are trying to lay claim to it.

This desparation to wind us up is sad to see.

Imagine having what is widely regarded as one of the best chairmen in England and only managing 1 PL season in about 18 years. Meanwhile your biggest rivals, who barely care about you (in some cases want you to succeed), have nightmarish owners and a financial meltdown but still come back and surpass you without really spending anything.

I distantly remember being in my dad's car, listening on Metro to Newcastle getting humped in one of Ossie Ardiles last games and Newcastle fans singing 'Can't Help Falling in Love With You.'

Not at all, well done on promotion. Great recruitment and clearly a decent managerial choice. Gives the whole of the championship (including Steve Gibson) hope.
