Conway has scored 4 goals and has only started 6 games.

Lath managed 16 last season. Only scored 2 so far this season but he's a confidence player. Will go on good runs and bad runs. He scored a great goal vs Sheff Utd so hopefully this is the start of a good run, although Conway is currently keeping him out of the side.

Prior to Sunday you had scored 11 goals in 11 games 😂

Then you scored 3 in one game and only got a draw 😂

Conway has a marginally better goals per minute rate than Wilson Isidor but our man has all his goals from open play not penalties.

Let's face it, Carrick isn't very good, not even Mowbray standards.

3 goals in our last game and 4 points from Sheff Utd and Norwich. Maybe this is a turning point in our season.

In terms of ability I still feel that way, 11 vs 11. Likes of Hackney, Doak, McGree, Lath, Morris are all very good Championship players I just happen to think we're strong in those positions. I think your defenders are poor, Mundle absolutely rinsed Ayling this season.

I do think you have very good squad depth, especially in attack, which is why I was surprised to see you say you miss McGree THAT much. I think we need all our injured players back to get close to your depth of squad.

Ayling has been chased by championship Leeds. He's basically a typical 'hard man' Leeds type of limited ability. McCree average player. Conway is a bloke who was pulling up no trees at mid table Bristol.

Boro have an average squad, playing average football, with an average manager, in an average spot in the table.

Luke Ayling is absolutely shite. One of those fullbacks who can't defen properly and therefore has to pull/grab the players he's marking. There's a reason Leeds peddled him.

McGree is key for us. He's only made 5 appearances for us so far this season and we've won 4 and drawn 1 with him in the side.

Not really, Browne is an ample replacement as has already been shown, and we have Aleksic and Samed to come in. Strength in depth eh….

Do you get it now. You’re gonna have a long wait till we can’t put a good side out.

Boro will be top 6. They start slow every season, and the chances they're creating only suggests they'll eventually start putting them away. Lathe has proved he's good at this level, and likewise Conway is very good at this level - was canny gutted we weren't in for him, especially considering his age.
