Not every player will be on 20k though it's an average. Strikers are always among highest earners at clubs.

Isaiah Jones won't be on anywhere near 20k

Yep it's all relative. I really don't think Boro pay PL wages if our highest earners are Paddy McNair and Chuba Akpom etc.

I'd rather play you than Coventry in the play offs to honest and they've every chance of getting in themselves - Gyokeres is a nailed on scorer every time he plays against us.

All teams get injuries - we've had our best (imo) defender out for a while - we don't moan that we'd be higher in table if he was playing.
The season is over 46 matches - your club should have prepared your squad with this in mind.
Excuses mean nowt - you're where you are cos that's where you deserve to be.

He said we've played 3/4 of the season with NO striker (NO means none, zero, 0, nil, less than 1)

And you replied that you've had 1 (one, single, solitary, sole) defender out (to suggest it's the same thing)

I take that back. He was clear enough. And you're clearly a bit thick generally but probably completely clueless on footballing matters

Boro's wage bill was £28m last season? -ok then, have you seen what premier league wages are like for that season? to give you a hint miles more than £28m!

Newly promoted Norwich that season, finished bottom. Wage bill for that year? £118m. Up from £67m the year before in the championship.

Second bottom Burnley - £86m. Brentford - £68m.
