Boro thread

A while back the owner / mods made a decision to merge all threads about any one club.

Don't know if it was the successive infestations of different clubs, or the fact that some posters (mags) started thread after thread and covered the main board?

But the end result was all threads about any one club got merged into one large thread - like this one in fact!

Because the mags were in a different division their thread got shifted to Parsnip where all the non relevant stuff goes.

I'm guessing because we were in the same division for a few seasons this one has been allowed to run?

A further guess is when the next season starts this thread will hit Parsnip and threads with mags will stay on the main board and get merged into one.

Football is cyclical. Can't deny it was a dreadful season for us last season but new manager, fresh start.

Why hasn't the Hartlepool thread been shifted to Parsnip?

Dropping back out the Football League? Currently 1-0 to Barrow after 5 mins and sitting bottom of League Two. They’re really struggling. Need a really January to stand a chance.

I have no idea Steve, you'd need to ask the mods.

But you will find the Newcastle one there where it belongs - and chances are you'll find this one there next season.

Face it Steve - no matter how hard you try to convince yourself Boro are special because you have a Boro thread on the board - it's merely because we were in the Championship together and there's Boro fans posting on it.

And when this turd flushes next season you'll probably find it in Parsnip where it belongs.

But if you come on the main board you'll no doubt find the Sunderland message board flooded with Sunderland fans talking about Sunderland.

So the Newcastle thread wasn't sent to parsnip because you were both in different divisions.

When I was younger and I cared more about the rivalries I used to actively want the mags to get beat but I never ever looked for Boros result. I’d imagine most Sunderland fans are like me?

Who was Boros version of that?

A Middlesbrough supporting colleague messaged me yesterday about this subject. East stand were he sits is £736 this year but most expensive is west at £781. Madness really!
