If not giving a definitive answer and 'sitting on the fence' is in the best interests of the club and transfer, then I hope he does that personally. I can live with it dragging out if that's what it must do.

Then that'll just make me and the majority of the board believe Borini wants to stay at Liverpool and not commit to us. As 'trying' sounds negative - sounds as if he's saying he's attempting to do it but doesn't have a lot of expectation Borini will accept

Really hope he is on the bench for Liverpool, although i would doubt he is good enough, becos no way is he worth £14 million,wtf is Gus thinking of contemplating paying that sort of money for a mediocre

I think people just need to leave it, there hasn't been a significant update for about a week, and there's this constant hysteria on here.

I bet there's a few on here who don't wanna sign him now cause he doesn't wanna sign for the mighty Sunderland
