Borini

Remy has a contract clause, and your point is? Liverpool have paid 7.5 million for him, and sold a guy who couldn't get close to a starting position for £14m. Clause or no clause, they are still laughing.

Both have the same wages do they? And it would be a long time and plenty of success before they seen £14 million for Borini.

Lallana is a far better player than Borini. Is he worth 10 million more? probably. But it should have been £5m for Borini and £15m for Lallana.

Whats not playing him upfront got to do with anything?

Is he though?

Had one good season in the premier league and hes worth 25m? Borini was playing in a struggling side and had nearly as good a season. Id argue he isn't even good enough to start for Liverpool there are better players in his position already there.

You must support boro as your valuations are way off.

Didn't he come off the bench in that game? So hang on, he couldn't even get in your first team and your paying 14million for him?....

I think you will find most football fans all over the country are laughing at the Borini fee, funny how you lot were laughing at the McCormack fee when it was done -

Such as?

Mags have signed unproven players for around 25m
Hull have signed tat for 8m
Stoke are scraping barrel with Man Utd rejects
West Ham are wasting money on world cup flavour of the months

Would love to know whos laughing at Sunderland

But borini is 3 years younger, has played in the Pl, not spent all his career in lower league. He's played for Italy and in serie a ffs. He's not even comparable to McCormack tbh

We are undoubtedly spending a couple of million to much on him. Liverpool paid £10.5m for him, but there was no raised eyebrows then. He's came here and scored 10 pl goals for a very poor side.

Why would Liverpool take a loss?
