Borini

Don't believe much I read on the internet regarding transfers. Too many shitehawks and rumour mongers trying to generate ad revenue. But this would be VERY odd. Why would Liverpool announce to the world that they've agreed a fee with Sunderland for Borini if the player wont move. Showing their hand in the Remy deal and anything else they've got in the pipeline and weakening their negotiating position.

I doubt even we would be naïve enough to go that far without the player agreeing to discuss the move.

if he came here we would more than likely throw him on the left whereas swansea would play play him as a number 10 off gomis.
his ambition is higher than swansea and part time manager , we have a better chance than them , as ive said hes ambitious talented and need assurances of out ambition , imo we havnt got it and thats why i think he wont be here

hes had a taste of both clubs so he should know what hes getting into either way.

Saw this quote in that article

"Di Marzio has an almost faultless record when it comes to transfer news and he has revealed that Borini does not want to return to Sunderland."

Apart from when he said mannone demanded a transfer after we signed Pantilimon - he didn't.

And when he said we were sacking Poyet - we didn't.

And that we'd appoint Di Matteo after sacking Di Canio - we didn't.

And that West Ham were signing Giaccherini from us. They aren't.

That we were signing Mateo Kovacic. We aren't.

Yeah, but apart from those....

And anyway, to quote the great man "things change".....for example one day you've got your spiv mate feeding you stories about a PL club where he employed, then next he's been booted out on his arse and you're back to being another know nowt hack.

Love this board. Most of the naturally optimistic people believe all the good stories about safc and all the naturally pessimistic ones revel in the negative stories.

The reality is, no one knows the truth and until Borini confirms it one way or another, stop wetting your pants you fannies
And in addition, surely the club would not have advanced this far without indications from the player, via his agent that a deal would be welcome. These days, it would be inconceivable for a club to agree a fee with only 1 interested party without the player being on board.

On the other hand.......
