All to do with money. Nothing else.

The agent might be a shitehawk but that is what he gets paid for, wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't try and screw Liverpool for everything.

I think this is a valid point.......people think it's all about the money but good players want to play alongside good players. Lescott has been complaining about the same thing down at West Brom.. Borini himself said that fighting against relegation made him a better player but i don't suppose he meant that he'd fancy that every season. Just another couple of quality signings, or the promise of them could make us a much more attractive proposition.

Well I'm not a scout but I'm sure there are better players out there than Borini, he is way overpriced anyway. If these reports are true that he refuses to leave Liverpool and wants to stay do you really want to gamble £14M on a player who might not give the same commitment as he did on his loan spell? He was out to impress Rodgers when he was here. I hope I'm proved wrong though and he bangs the goals in that's if he arrives.

hopefully we get him but i think he wont want to come back here unless there are guarantees we actually want to compete at a higher level in this league , there are other clubs in the league where he would fit in instantly so the owner needs to show we mean business . Personally im sticking with my view that he wont be here next season .
 
If it eases anyones mind a little Fabio's missus has tweeted in the last few weeks that Sunderland fans are the 'loveliest people ever' and that Gus is one of the nicest people she's ever met.
 
just stiring the pot which is what agents do in order to get competition so his client (and himself) get a better deal and more money.

i think he will have to leave Liverpool and before the season starts but there are surely better clubs home and abroad that would appeal to a player of his calibre
