We've got a young team whose heads are going to drop when things go wrong, so the manager's job is to set the team out so things are less likely to go wrong.
He's not just failed dismally on that front today, but he failed in a completely predictable way.
Abysmal by Johnson.

Defence doesn’t matter really when we haven’t even had a shot yet! Setup is incompetent
I'm not even going into the Johnson thing as I don't rate him anyway and hope he goes soon but defence certainly matters  The manager doesn't control the game 100% as it's not FIFA on the PS5, some of it is also about players who have the mentality to want to win no matter what and have a work ethic and that 2nd goal shows it's not there. A little sprint is all it would have took for Winchster to keep in front of their man and be in a position to do something should the ball come that way, he didn't do it and it cost us.

Teams with any pretence of getting promoted do not get humped 3, 4 or 5 nil whilst not putting up any fight at all.

I don't care what f***ing excuses people reply with, this clown will never assemble a team that believe in him and themselves.
Exactly marra. The odd "bad day at the office" happens but this is a commo occurrence for us.

January transfer window is the only chance to get players in to make that final push for promotion, let’s do the same with the manager as the one we have isn’t good enough to do it
