Just listening to Marty this morning on commentary, the Leicestershire and Derbyshire fixtures are ‘away’ games, but Leicester can’t host due to the local lockdown. I didn’t catch the crack with why Derby can’t host - anyone else know why?

Did think it was odd initially that we’ve got so many games at home.

Listening to an interview with the Surrey CEO they had to do all sorts just to get authority to allow spectators in for the friendly. He was talking about inspections by Lambeth council and these so called risk assessment being carried out.

At the very least it's going to be a right fanny on. I thought they would get an approved number of spectators allowed and then contact members who wished to attend and if there was to many they would allocate them a days play they could attend. But once they start talking about liasing with other agencies and risk assessments you just know nothings happening quickly.
