much prefer his rants to boycoutt, his are based on sound anaylsis rather than whatever will get the most attention
 
Been a grumpy old man all his life. On the balcony at Headingley '81, in front of thousands of deliriously happy and celebrating supporters, after his astonishing 8-43, all he could do was slag off the press. Which I thought was superb :lol:

In the aftermath of the Sri Lanka tour in 2007 I remember Colville asking him to rate the various players' contributions out of 10. It was superb. Loads of zeros and ones and until he got to a player who did 'quite well' who he gave 4 out of 10. He also said that Matt Prior should set fire to his wicketkeeping gloves. The players must f***ing hate him :lol:.
 
He used to slate the critics and the press when he was playing. I don't think this present lot will be bothered by what Goose has to say.
