How much to fill ?

how many miles are you likely to get out of a full tank driving around the doors ?

how many miles on a motorway ?

M140 gets 22-25 mpg in mixed driving and about 290-300 miles on a tank. That’s the B58 engine though, not the S55 in the M4.

People do. There was a fella asking for advice on an Insignia. Plenty of people come on asking about second hand cars when they might have £4-5k budget and are usually told to get a Focus.

its the wrong car for you if fuel economy is even remotely on your radar

My mate has one and he's lucky if he gets 20mpg. Also £500 a year tax.

I'm outraged that people piss away limited resources and contribute to climate change like that. He should be forced to travel everywhere on a tandem with a fat asthmatic.
